HYBRID Commercial Lines AM (65k-75k Worcester, MA)

Position Summary:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing a book of commercial insurance business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role involves servicing client accounts, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and supporting producers and account executives in delivering comprehensive risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the renewal process, including marketing, coverage analysis, and proposal preparation.

Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding policy questions, claims support, and policy changes.

Analyze client exposures, advise on coverage options, and assist in risk management planning.

Maintain accurate and timely records in the agency management system (e.g., EPIC, AMS360).

Request and process endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and other client service needs.

Foster relationships with underwriters and carriers to negotiate competitive pricing and coverage.

Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations.

Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.

Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating account handoffs.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages (e.g., GL, property, WC, auto, umbrella, cyber).

Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Customer service oriented with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills and Traits:
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with mid-market to large commercial accounts.

Familiarity with risk financing and loss control practices.

Team player with a collaborative attitude.
